Strictly speaking Dukkah is not a spice blend, but rather nuts mixed with spices. Our ingredients are individually roasted, then ground to optimise the flavour structure. This Egyptian creation is more versatile than one may think, delicious when used as a "dip" with crusty bread and oil, but also amazing used as a coating for chicken, veal or fish prior to frying.
