Carlton -Assistant Manager

Do you have experience in retail and/or hospitality plus a passion for gourmet food and cooking? We are looking for an Assisant Manager to work 4 days a week Sunday to Wednesday inclusive, with additional hours in the lead up to Christmas. The positon is based at our store in Lygon Street, Carlton. Daily duties will involve retail sales of our extensive range of spices, salts, sugars and herbs and related kitchen merchandise; stock management; banking and end-of-day reporting and staff supervision.
