For the most mouthwatering salt and pepper squid ever! Mix equal parts rice flour and S&P Squid spice and dust cleaned & scored squid with the mix; fry immediately in peanut or vegetable oil (heated to 180°c) for approximately 60 seconds or until crisp. Serve with fresh coriander leaves and lime wedges. Also great with tofu and prawns, cooked in the same way.
