Used to make Pinchos Moruños which translates to 'Moorish spike' but refers to a tapas style skewer served throughout Spain. The Moors introduced both skewers and marinated meat to Spain, which are now a national favourite. Mix 50:50 with oil to marinate grilled meats or sprinkle on paella or roast potatoes. Squeeze fresh lemon over barbequed food before serving to enhance the flavours. Olé!
