The Ecommerce Manager is tasked with the success of our online sales channels and leading the engagement and conversion of customers to sales across our digital platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about curating the best online experiences, appreciate the intersection between brand storytelling and performance marketing to drive online engagement and sales.
The key areas of responsibilities include the management and day-to-day Ecomm operations, updates, merchandising and continuous improvement of the Gewürzhaus website, from acquisition to retention.
The role will own the Ecommerce and Social Commerce ecosystem, including digital marketing, delivering engaging email campaigns and effective paid digital that are in line with the overall company vision and targets.
The role reports to the Head of Marketing and will work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
