About the role
Our Sales Assistants are our frontline customer service staff and the face of our brand. They deliver an incredible customer experience to each of our customers through warm, welcoming and inspirational service.
They have expert knowledge about our spices, merchandise and are skilled in matching these products to our customer's needs. They are focused on delivering their targets and take pride in celebrating when they achieve their goals.
They contribute to the day-to-day operation of the store through stock handling and replenishment, open/close procedures, POS operation, brewing/tea tastings and maintaining merchandising and visual displays.
