Store Manager- Chadstone, VIC (FT)

Our Store Managers create inspiration to nurture cooking at home through an incredible instore retail experience, knowledgeable customer service and a deep love and care for cooking.

They take ownership in the performance of their store and pride in maintaining quality standards across all aspects of operations including customer experience, stock management, daily procedures, merchandising, store presentation and clear communication with key departments at our HQ in Abbotsford. 

Our Store Managers are effective leaders, they invest in their people to build skill, knowledge and alignment to our values. They ensure their team feels motivated and engaged through quality training, delegation of tasks, regular feedback and clear sales targets and results.

• You have a genuine passion for food and retail
• You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. Spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus!
• A vibrant retail environment with a focus on customer experience & product knowledge is your ideal workplace
