2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 fresh mozzarella ball or bocconcini ball, thickly sliced
Handful fresh basil leaves
¼ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
Gewürzhaus Vintage Merlot Salt to taste
Lay the tomato and cheese slices so that they overlap on a serving plate. Scatter over the basil leaves, then drizzle over the olive oil.
Season to taste with Vintage Merlot Salt.
