Order your favourite Gewürzhaus products from us over the phone or email and collect your order direct from store or have them delivered straight to your door.
HOW IT WORKS
- Simply call or email our stores and place your order. Browse our online store and make sure you have your order ready to go. Don’t forget to check which stores are currently open.
- Pay for your order over the phone via credit card.
- Collect your order from store at the agreed time. We’ll work with you to agree a pick-up timeframe that works for everyone. Orders will be packed in a Gewürzhaus produce bag at no additional charge.

Q – Can I buy loose spice through Call and Collect?
A – Yes, both jars and loose spice are available. Just let the team know the weight of loose spice required, remember there is a 20g minimum.
Q – Can I buy homewares, confectionary and other merchandise that is sold in store through Call and Collect?
A – Yes absolutely. Our team will be able to help you with this.
Q – How long will my order take to prepare?
A – At the time of order, the team will let you know the current lead-time required for order preparation. We will work with you to agree a time that suits.
Q – Will I need ID to collect?
A – No, just your name and phone number to match the order.
Q – Can I email the order through?
A – Yes, absolutely. Just email your nearest or most convenient store with your order and contact details including postcode and we’ll be in touch to confirm payment and collection details. (Do not email your credit card details – we’ll take these over the phone.)
Q – Do you accept all cards for payment?
A – We accept EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay and JCB.
