Sprinkled some of this on both sides once outa the brine. Authentic subtle flavours!
I love this mix and use it widely - in soups, braises, on grilled meats and in our Chilli Con Carne recipe - ground beef, a can of tomatoes, a can of Edgell Mexican Bean Mix and a good dollop of tomato paste/pizza sauce...delish and takes 5-10 minutes to prepare.
Delicious on chicken skewers, these species are a tasty and healthy way to re-invent old dishes or create new ones. Loves it.
