We use the Aleppo Peppers all of the time.
Add a generous shaking of Aleppo Peppers to a huge pot full of chopped vegetables, leeks, onions and garlic, a couple of tins of 4 bean mix, a couple of large jars of passata and cook on a low heat for a few hours. Delicious as a soupy vegetarian stew with crusty bread, as a base for vegetarian ‘shepherds pie’ with a bunch of wilted spinach and mashed potato on top, or vegetarian lasagna. So many possibilities!
