Great product.

I had never used hymalayian pink salt before in my cooking. I found it to be a great product as it was smooth and had less intensity than sea salt great for deserts.

Nicely balanced

Love this salt. It has a great flavour and the kids love the concept of Jurassic salt. I might go the coarse blend next time though.
