STORE MANAGER – BONDI JUNCTION

Combine your love of cooking with your passion for providing amazing customer service in an inspiring retail environment as STORE MANAGER for our soon-to-open Bondi Junction store.

The Store Manager’s primary role is to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operation and multi-faceted running of the store. The Store Manager is responsible for: sales budgets and customer service; leading a team of Sales Assistants; store presentation & visual merchandising; administration & logistics; production and stock for the store. Maintaining the brand and business ethics in all of these aspects is of highest importance.

Who are we looking for?

  • Hard work, organisation & attention to detail are second nature
  • You have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem-solver

The Assistant Store Manager’s primary role is to support the Store Manager and help to facilitate the smooth day-to-day store operations to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience every time they shop with us. The Assistant Store Manager responsibilities include: driving sales & KPIs, leading by example to provide amazing customer service at all times, managing a team of casuals, store presentation & visual merchandising; and administration and inventory management for the store. Maintaining the brand and business ethics in all of these aspects is of the highest importance.

  • We seek applicants who are passionate about food, are confident cooks & love retail!
  • Customer service & interaction in a vibrant & busy retail shop is your ideal work environment.
  • A strong work ethic, organisation & attention to detail are second nature
  • You like to take initiative and have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver
  • You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. Spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus!
  • You are a confident leader and inspiring manager

SALES ASSISTANTS – BONDI JUNCTION

Combine your love of cooking and passion for providing amazing customer service in an inspiring retail environment as a SALES ASSISTANT for our soon-to-open Bondi Junction store.

The primary purpose of a Retail Sales Assistant is to support the store management team in achieving the sales and customer service goals for the store. Our Sales Assistants engage with every customer on a personal, natural, and authentic level. They provide genuine inspiration to best enable the customer to make an informed purchasing decision. They always care, are warm and genuine in wanting to provide assistance and guidance. The outcome of delivering an excellent customer experience should result in the store achieving sales, KPI and promotional targets.

A mixture of permanent part-time (20-25 hours) and casual roles are available.

Who are we looking for?

  • A person who is confident in the kitchen with their cooking and is happy to share their passion with our customers
  • Retail experience in a busy retail store is preferred
  • Organisation & attention to detail are second nature
  • You have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver and a fast learner
  • You are an excellent communicator
