Beautiful but too much Rosemary
This is a really beautiful blend, lots of flavour! I put it on a roast lamb leg, marinated it over night by mixing the Greek Grilling Spice with EVOO & fresh lemon juice. The only thing I found was that the rosemary was overpowering & the other ingredients didn’t get to shine or come through as much. I prefer a stronger (yet balanced) oregano profile with a hint of rosemary. Greek food reminds me of oregano & lemon, not so much a heady rosemary flavour.
