Zesty, floral and fruity with an undercurrent of heat, Sumac Pepper can be used in much the same way as lemon pepper.
Scatter over leaf or cucumber salads, seafood, poultry, lamb, rice or bulgur dishes, yoghurt dishes and sauces, kebabs and vegetables (especially onions, tomatoes or eggplant). Use in dipping oils, marinades or as a dry rub.
