This salt is pricey but so worth it! I can tell a difference in the taste and it is simply amazing. It is very strong in my opinion so you only need to use very little (and it will last you longer). This salt makes everything else come alive and burst with flavour - especially if used with veggies like tomato/carrot/eggplant etc.. and if they are salted a bit earlier before using/eating - the flavour is just beautiful.
