Advent Christmas Tea
1 litre apple juice
2 tbsp gelatine powder
How to Cook
1. In a medium pot add 500ml apple juice and the Advent Christmas Tea and boil gently for about 4 minutes. Whisk in the gelatine powder and stir thoroughly to dissolve.
2. Strain liquid through a sieve or cheesecloth into a large clean bowl or pot.
3. Add remaining 500 mls apple juice and stir to combine.
4. Place into preferred moulds or cups and allow to cool before setting in fridge for minimum 4 hours.
Can be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
