Crunchy Ranch Slaw

Easy Serves: 4 1 Hour

Ingredients

¼ of a head of cabbage, shredded

2 carrots, grated

1 Granny Smith apple, grated with skin on

2 stalks celery, finely sliced

3 tbsp Gewürzhaus Ranch Spice

½ cup plain yoghurt

¼ cup milk

How to Cook

1. In a medium bowl, combine Ranch Spice, sour cream, yoghurt, lemon juice, vinegar and spring onion, mix to combine and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, combine the prepared cabbage, carrot, apple and celery and pour over ranch dressing and set aside in fridge for 20-30 min for flavours to develop.

Serving

Serve as a side with Jerk Fried Chicken, BBQ Jerk Chicken or your favourite main meal.
