Easy Merlot Caprese Salad
Vintage Merlot Salt
2 vine-ripened tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 fresh mozzarella ball or bocconcini ball, thickly sliced
Handful fresh basil leaves
¼ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
How to Cook
1. Lay the tomato and cheese slices so that they overlap on a serving plate. Scatter over the basil leaves, then drizzle over the olive oil.
2. Season to taste with Vintage Merlot Salt.
