Garlic Lovers’ Grilled Prawns
Garlic Lovers’ Spice
20 large fresh prawns in their shells, deveined
80 ml olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Chilli flakes (optional)
How to Cook
1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime juice, and Garlic Lover’s Spice. Season with chilli flakes if desired. Add prawns and toss to coat.
2. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Heat a barbecue to high. Thread prawns onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Grill the prawns for 3-4 minutes each side, until just cooked. Drizzle with any remaining marinade whilst cooking.
Present with lime wedges and serve immediately.
