Honey Roasted Rainbow Carrots with French Lavender Salt
French Lavender Salt
2 bunches baby Dutch carrots and/or Rainbow carrots
2 tbsp honey
How to Cook
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Trim off carrot leaves but leave approximately 3cm stem.
3. Wash and scrub carrots with a vegetable brush if leaving the skin on, otherwise peel the skin off.
4. Lay carrots in a baking dish and drizzle over the honey.
5. Sprinkle with French Lavender Salt.
6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 mins.
