Hot Cross Bun Spiced Hot Chocolate
34% Milk Chocolate with Hot Cross Bun Spice
2 cups full cream milk
1 tbsp corn flour
Optional: Decorative cream and extra chocolate shavings or edible rose petals
How to Cook
1. In a small saucepan or milk pot, gently heat 1 cup of milk and the chocolate, broken into squares, until melted and well combined.
2. Whisk the corn flour in the remaining cup of milk.
3. Stir corn flour and milk mixture into the chocolate milk.
4. Thicken over low heat for 5-10 min, stirring constantly.
Pour into your favourite cups and enjoy.
Decorate with a dollop of cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or petals as desired.
