Mango & Passionfruit Tea
Ingredients
6 tsp Gewürzhaus Mango & Passionfruit Tea
1L water
1 mango, stoned, peeled & cubed
2 passionfruit, halved
170g tin passionfruit pulp
170g tin passionfruit pulp
500ml sparkling water or lemonade
Ice cubes to serve
How to Cook
1. Boil water and brew tea in a large teapot for approx. 10 mins. Remove tea leaves and set aside to cool. Refrigerate until chilled.
2. Place the mango, fresh passionfruit & passionfruit pulp into a large jug or punch bowl.
3. Pick the mint leaves and add to the jug or bowl.
4. Add the chilled tea to the bowl and top up with either sparkling water or lemonade. You can use a combination of sparkling water and lemonade depending on how sweet you would like tea.
5. Stir gently. Adjust to taste.
6. Serve over lots of ice, garnish with mint.
Add Gin, Vodka White Rum to turn this into the perfect summer cocktail!
