Maple & Nutmeg Whiskey Sour
60ml High quality Bourbon
30ml Lemon juice
10-15ml Maple syrup (depending on taste)
20ml Aquafaba (chickpea water)
How to Cook
1.Make this when you are cooking with tinned chickpeas, like our Moroccan Apricot Chicken Traybake.
2.Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.
3.Add a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Pour into whiskey glass full of ice.
4.Grate nutmeg on top as a garnish.
