Maple & Nutmeg Whiskey Sour ​

Easy Serves: 1 15 mins

Ingredients

60ml High quality Bourbon ​

30ml Lemon juice ​

10-15ml Maple syrup (depending on taste) ​

20ml Aquafaba (chickpea water) ​

Grated Nutmeg ​

How to Cook

1.Make this when you are cooking with tinned chickpeas, like our Moroccan Apricot Chicken Traybake.

2.Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.

3.Add a few cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Pour into whiskey glass full of ice.

4.Grate nutmeg on top as a garnish.
