Ranch Cobb Salad
Gewürzhaus Ranch Spice
1 large Cos lettuce, leaves chopped into large pieces
½ avocado, cubed
½ cucumber, sliced
2 rashers bacon, cooked until crispy and broken into pieces
150g cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
3 tbsp milk
How to Cook
1. Whisk mayonnaise, yoghurt and milk in a small bowl, stir in Ranch Spice and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, place all salad ingredients (except avocado and egg) in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and coat well.
Divide salad across two shallow bowls and arrange the egg and avocado on the top.
