Rose Harissa Yoghurt

Harissa / Rose Petal powder

Ingredients

2 tsp Gewürzhaus Harissa

1 tsp Rose Petal powder

2 tsp boiling water

1 tbsp extra virigin olive oil

1 cup Greek yoghurt

How to Cook

1. Combine boiling water with harissa and rose petal powder.

2. Let steep for 5 mins. Add olive oil and stir.

3. Stand for a further 2 minutes.

4. Add yoghurt and stir through.

5. Serve with an extra drizzle of oil and sprinkle of harissa spice.
