Spiced Chocolate Fondue

54% Dark Chocolate with Vintage Merlot Salt

200gm 54% Dark Chocolate with Vintage Merlot Salt (or your favourite chocolate - 60% cocoa is best - or an even mix of milk and dark chocolates)

150gm cream

1 tsp Gewürzhaus Raj’s Majestic Chai Masala

Options for dipping:

Strawberries (or any firm, seasonal berries)

Banana (or any other suitable seasonal fruit)

Vanilla wafers or biscuits of your choice



How to Cook

1. Pour cream and Chai Masala Spice into a saucepan over medium heat on your stove top until it comes to a simmer.

2. Break up chocolate and place in a bowl, pour over the hot cream and stir until smooth and all chocolate is melted.


Ideally served in a special chocolate Fondue set with a tea light or on a rechaud as a heat source, you may alternatively serve your chocolate mixture in a warm bowl and place in the centre of a serving platter. Arrange your fruit, biscuits, marshmallows and honeycomb around the bowl for dipping. Serve immediately.
