Tex Mex Tacos
Tex Mex Taco Spice
1 tbsp olive oil
500g lean beef mince
¾ cup of water or beef stock
Hard or soft shell tacos
Tomatoes, lettuce etc. of your choice, diced (to serve)
How to Cook
1. In a heavy based pan, heat the oil. Add the mince and cook for 5 min., stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps. Add Tex Mex Taco Spice, water or beef stock and simmer for 20 min., or until the sauce thickens.
2. In the meantime, prepare guacamole, diced tomato, lettuce and cheese to serve in taco shells.
3. Once the sauce has thickened, assemble tacos with diced tomatoes, lettuce, mince meat sauce, guacamole and cheese on top.
