Any item can be refunded or exchanged if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original saleable condition.
With all returns and refunds, each issue will be taken on case by case. We endeavour to do the very best by you, however each outcome is made at Gewürzhaus’ discretion.
How to return or exchange your item
Your item can be returned either in-person by visiting us instore or arranged online.
- If you’d like to return via online, please get in touch with our customer service team. Please make sure to include your order number/proof of purchase.
- If you’d like to return in-person by visiting a store, visit your nearest store. Please make sure to bring the item and your proof of purchase.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
- Online – you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged by our customer service team.
- Instore – at the point of return, you will receive a receipt confirming the amount being refunded.
