As at April 2 2017, all orders sent through Australia Post default to Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave. This means:
You will still sign for a parcel whenever you’re home. But if you’re not, and a safe place for the parcel is available, Australia Post will leave it there so it’s ready and waiting for you. They’ll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there’s no safe place, Australia Post will leave a card as they normally would and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for.
If you do not want Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave; please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ field at the Checkout point of your order. You can read more information about Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave here.
