This role is for a dynamic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into seamless execution. You’ll own the marketing calendar, lead campaigns and NPD launches, and collaborate with a talented team to bring Gewürzhaus’ brand to life across every channel. Key responsibilities include;
Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end campaign process, from development to execution, tailoring plans for retail and eCommerce channels. Collaborate with creative, digital, social media, visual merchandising, and supply teams to deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.
Marketing Calendar: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute content plans and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Commercial Performance: Use analytics to track campaign performance against sales, engagement, traffic, and ROI goals.
Channel Alignment: Partner with the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager for digital performance and with Retail and VM teams for stellar in-store execution.
Brand & Creative: Ensure all content, design, and photography align with our brand identity. Oversee photoshoots and creative production for consistent, compelling storytelling across retail, digital, and social platforms.
Strategise & Innovate: Support annual marketing and brand plans, drive partnerships with brands and influencers, and streamline campaign workflows for efficiency.
Lead Collaboration: Foster accountability and teamwork across the marketing team, championing continuous improvement.
