Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
All deliveries no longer require a signature or signature on delivery with Authority to Leave (ATL). Upon delivery, the courier will confirm and record your name to acknowledge delivery.
If you are not home and a safe place for the parcel is available, Australia Post will leave it at your delivery address, so it’s ready and waiting for you. They’ll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely.
If there’s no safe place, Australia Post will leave a card as they normally would and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to pick up and sign for.
There is a flat rate of $20.00 (+ GST) for all items shipped to New Zealand. No matter how many items are in your cart!
If you are based outside of Australia and New Zealand and would like to place an order we are happy to assist you. Call our customer Service team on +613 9415 7183 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST or email us direct if you have questions about your order. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
