Hot Cross Bun Spice

Rated 5.0 out of 5
Based on 10 reviews

Only available seasonally.

One a penny, two a penny, hot cross buns! English folklore tells of buns baked on Good Friday lasting until the following year. We don’t expect yours will keep once you get a taste of our Hot Cross Bun Spice with its festive tones of cassia, ginger and clove, plus a hint of citrus from ground coriander seeds.

Simply add 2-3 tbsp of spice per 500g of flour (150g ~ 1 cup).
Cassia, coriander, ginger, clove.

Excellent timesaver

I have used this 3 times now, great taste and saves having to measure out 4 different spices when making hot cross buns.

Great Product

It is a beautiful spice great for hot cross buns. I would love for it to be available all year round as I would like to use it in home made sourdough Fruit Bread
