To be enjoyed over the festive season, Easter Bun Tea is the perfect accompaniment to freshly-baked hot cross buns and other sweet treats.

This organic, spiced Ceylon blend has a zesty bouquet of citrus and cinnamon, and a vivid, complex taste of full-bodied, fragrant black tea. Extract the spirit and flavour of Easter by steeping in milk and cream to create elegant desserts like Easter Bun Tea-infused panna cotta and pashka.

Use 1½ tsp of tea per cup, brew for 4 min and serve with milk, if desired. Alternatively, use 2–3 tbsp of tea to make a festive cream dessert such as our Easter Bun Tea-infused panna cotta or pashka. This yields 6–8 serves.
