Description

Bavarian Roast Chicken Spice is a German classic with strong flavours and versatility. Anoint a whole chicken with oil and spice and let it crisp in the oven to a mouthwatering golden hue. Fresh, savoury and fragrant, it is one of our very favourite seasonings for poultry, steak, veal, pork and potatoes. A popular blend during the weeks of Oktoberfest, when Germany consumes almost 7 million litres of beer!

How to use
Marinate strips or schnitzels of turkey or chicken in 1 part spice to 3 parts oil, or generously dab the same blend onto a whole chicken for roasting in the oven. Tip: Add lemon to the roasting chicken or pork, sat on a bed of potatoes or onion wedges.
