Great spice blend- top recipe, thanks.
As I feed a larger number of people, I adapted the recipe so I could use a more economical cut of meat, tenderised in the pressure cooker.
It worked well to do the first steps minus the flour, up to the wine deglaze, the add the stock to the pressure cooker and cook until the meat was tender. After that, I reduced the liquid then reverted to the recipe to add the rest of the ingredients and thickened the liquid with the plain flour.
It took about half a hour longer to use the pressure cooker. Rave reviews from the family- thanks for the great flavours!!

This really is the best Beef Stroganoff recipe. So easy, so tasty and even leftovers heat up nicely the next day.

I used your strogonoff spice and a fast 800 keto recipe replacing the creme fresh for light sour cream. It was much better with your spice . We had greens as a side. It was very filling.

Absolutely Delicious !!!

My only disappointment was the cut of meat even though I tenderised it…it is such a special dish I would definitely use Scotch Fillet next time.

Please, please, please bring the stroganoff blend out as a permanent blend. Absolutely delicious!!
