In a large bowl add olives, herbs, citrus peel, Everything Mezze Blend and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Mix everything together to coat evenly with the blend.
Using a large spoon, scoop olive and herb mixture into the jar and top up with remaining olive oil (enough to cover olives). Seal jar with lid and store in dry, dark cupboard for up to 3 weeks.
Serve as a mezze (appetizer) or as part of a grazing board.
To serve warm
Preheat oven to 180°c conventional. Place olives in a heatproof dish and roast for 10 mins. Serve warm alongside some fresh crusty bread.
