Put Feel Good Hot Chocolate into a tea ball or infuser, add to a freshly brewed shot of coffee for 5 minutes and allow to steep. Then remove and discard. Alternatively, add the hot chocolate mix to the coffee shot and stir, allowing to steep for the same time, and strain into your cocktail shaker through a fine sieve.
Add the remaining ingredients to the cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake together well before pouring into a martini glass. Add 3 coffee beans to garnish and enjoy!
Recipe Note
To make simple syrup, mix 1 part white sugar with 1 part water and simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened. Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate before use.
