Gewürzhaus 2026 Customer Survey Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. 

1.  The Gewürzhaus 2026 Survey Giveaway 2026 (the “Giveaway”) is open to eligible entries between 17:00 (05:00pm) on 12th February 2026 and 23:59 (11:59pm) on 5th March 2026. Entries received after this time will be deemed ineligible, regardless of the reason for lateness.

2.  Entry is open to Australian residents only. 

3.  Participants must be over 18 years of age to enter. 

4.  To enter the Giveaway, you must complete the Gewürzhaus 2026 Customer Survey and provide phone number and email. By submitting your details via the survey form you confirm that you agree to Gewürzhaus' Privacy Policy.  

5.  Personal information provided in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Gewürzhaus and the Privacy Policy of our analytics partner Harvey.

6.  One winner having submitted an eligible entry will be selected at random to receive a $300 Digital Gift Card that can be spent on www.gewurzhaus.com.au Prize is not redeemable for cash. 

7.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. 

8.  By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9.  The winners of the Giveaway will be contacted by Gewürzhaus via email by 5pm the 7th of March 2026. Gewürzhaus will never ask for any bank details or ask you to click on any links when contacting winners. Please be wary of scam accounts. 

10.  If the winner does not respond to their winner notification within 72 hours of being contacted, they forfeit their prize, and another winner will be chosen at random and contacted. 

11.  The winners name will not be released unless the winners gives Gewürzhaus written approval to do so. 

12.  Gewürzhaus has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or disrespectful behaviour by participants towards other participants or the Gewürzhaus team. Those who disrespect the community with aggressive, violent, discriminatory, or hateful messages will be automatically disqualified from the Giveaway.
