Supervisor- Chadstone, VIC (PT)

Our supervisors support their store management team with day-to-day operations, driving sales, customer experience, team standards, visual merchandising and daily admin. They role model our service behaviours and coach others to lift results.

They engage every team member and customer on a personal, authentic level, and create inspiration through their knowledge our products, food and cooking. They give feedback and motivate their teams to hit targets and celebrate wins. 

Who we are looking for

• You are passionate about all things food, cooking and retail! 
• Creating incredible customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment is your ideal workplace.
• You have a positive, can-do outlook and are a natural problem solver. 
• You love to cook and know your way around the kitchen. Spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus! 
• Hard work and attention to detail are second nature.
• You are a confident developing leader who contributes to a cohesive team.
• You are an excellent communicator and organiser 
• You remain calm under pressure and can multi-task with swift efficiency.
• You have previous experience within a retail, hospitality or FMCG brand, leadership experience in these industries is ideal.
