Fill a large pot with water along with 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover and bring to the boil, then cook the spaghetti following instructions on the packet and drain.
In the meantime, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large heavy-based saucepan on medium-high heat. Add mince and fry for 2-3 minutes, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon.
Once the mince is browned all over, add in the Speedy Spaghetti Spice, balsamic vinegar and remaining salt.
Stir, reduce heat and simmer, monitoring until the mix starts to caramelise and become sticky.
Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste, stir to evenly spread, then continue simmering on medium heat, covered with a lid for 15 minutes.
Serve on top of the drained spaghetti and season to taste with salt and pepper. Finish with freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Purchased a jar in August last year and it has now become one of my regulars. These days I measure with my heart rather then by the recipe. I also add onion, fresh basil and cook through some fresh cherry tomatoes. I’ve also started adding some soy sauce to the dish as well as the balsamic vinegar to bring out that deeper flavour. Delish!!
Used this on our holiday for a quick and easy meal and didn’t want a heap of leftover ingredients. Used 25g of seasoning for a meal for 4 adults. Was delicious and none was left over.
I have made this twice already. So easy and so good!! Never buying bottled spaghetti sauce again.
