Day 1 - Vanilla Bean Sugar

Our Vanilla Bean Sugar uses only the fine seeds from Madagascan vanilla, which are harvested by hand out of each pod. The vanilla bean seeds are dried and cured and it takes up to three months to get them market ready.

This sugar is wonderful paired with anything chocolate, cream and fruit and adds a complex depth to sweet baked goods and compotes. good with pork and, of course, a perfect pairing with anything chocolate. Use in place of normal sugar in a 1:1 ratio.
