As a Content Creator you will bring the joy of home cooking to life through stunning, inspirational photography, video, and animation. You'll lead the development of campaign content, e-commerce and website assets, and advertising—all centred on captivating storytelling to deepen customer engagement and drive sales growth.
Collaborating closely with our videography-focused Social Media Content Creator and graphic designer, you'll produce thoughtful, branded assets across retail, print, website, and paid digital marketing channels to boost consumer penetration.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end production role where you'll specialise in food visual concepting from pre-production planning and studio/film set up (including propping for photography and videography) through to post-production editing and final delivery. Key responsibilities include;
Creative Ideation & Strategy: Build on-brand mood boards, concept treatments, and storyboards in collaboration with the Marketing Team to bring briefs to life, while leading visual content strategy, championing best-practice digital advertising, and owning the integrity of Gewürzhaus’ visual language across all channels.
Creative Development: Lead eCommerce product photography (including product and lifestyle shots), direct still photography for campaigns with support for videography as needed, and transform briefs into integrated, cohesive campaigns featuring scroll-stopping assets.
Content Creation: Capture high-quality, storytelling imagery of finished dishes, ingredients, and cooking moments; style, light, and compose shoots for print (recipe cards, signage), web, and social; set up professional studio/film rigs with cameras, lighting, audio, and props; master post-production including selection, colour grading, editing, graphics integration, and audio mixing; collaborate with the Graphic Designer to deliver polished final assets; and file and organise all media in the library with precision.
People & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the Creative Director (Founder), Social Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Marketing team; prioritise tasks ruthlessly to meet business and campaign deadlines; build deep customer and market insights through cross-functional collaboration; and champion Gewürzhaus culture alongside HR best practices.
Marketing Support: Maintain organised media files and equipment in top condition, while providing surge support across marketing initiatives as needed.
