About The Role

Our Sales Assistants support the store management team in achieving the sales and customer service goals for the store.

Customer experience is front and centre and they engage with every customer on a personal, natural, authentic level. They inspire each customer to cook at home with genuine product knowledge and service.

Day to day they support store operations by maintaining a clean and well presented store, restocking, merchandising, preparing product tastings and the completion of other daily tasks.

Who We Are Looking For

• A person who is confident in the kitchen with their cooking and is happy to share their passion with our customers
• Retail experience in a busy retail store is preferred
• Organisation & attention to detail are second nature
• You have a positive, can-do outlook & are a natural problem solver and a fast learner
• You are an excellent communicator
• You can remain calm under stress and can multi-task with swift efficiency
• You are proactive and take initiative in the workplace

Applicants must be available weekdays and weekends with good flexibility. You may be required to work public holidays.
