Preheat oven to 140°C conventional and line a baking tray with compostable baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, pecans, sunflower seeds, pepitas, linseeds, macadamia nuts, sesame seeds and spice. Mix until evenly distributed.
Add the orange juice, grapeseed oil, golden syrup, and orange zest into the bowl and massage into the mixture to coat it.
Spread mixture over the baking tray and toast in oven for 15–20 minutes, turning the mixture every 5 minutes to ensure an even golden colour. Increase the oven temperature to 160°C fan forced and bake for a further 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove the granola from the oven, place it in a bowl and add the dried cranberries, goji berries, pistachios and coconut. Toss to combine and let it cool.
