1 cup fresh mint
1 cup fresh coriander
½ tsp sesame oil
300g Greek yogurt
1 tsp Gewürzhaus Pyramid Flake Salt
1 small garlic clove
1 fresh chilli
½ lemon, juiced
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp Gewürzhaus Brown Mustard Seeds (plus extra for garnish)
Combine all ingredients except the mustard seeds and sesame oil in a food processor, then blend to combine. Add more lemon juice if the mixture is too thick.
Heat mustard seeds in a dry frypan over medium heat, until they begin to pop, then carefully add sesame oil and remove from heat.
While still hot, pour the mustard seeds over the yoghurt mixture and stir to combine. Refrigerate before serving.
Garnish with a sprinkle of mustard seeds.
