A simple and quick paleo and gluten free meatball recipe using Gewürzhaus Mama’s Meatball Blend. Perfect for when you need to whip up a hearty family meal in under 30 minutes.
500g mince (beef, pork or chicken)
Oil or lard, for frying
6 tsp Gewürzhaus Mama's Meatball Blend
In a bowl, carefully break up mince strands with a fork. Sprinkle spice over mince as evenly as possible. Toss through mince lightly with fork.
Form meatballs from the mixture with your hands to the desired size, being careful not to compress or work the mixture too much.
TIP: wet your hands with water before rolling the meatballs to prevent the mixture sticking to your hands.
Heat a heavy-based pan to medium heat. Add oil or lard to the pan, enough to cover the base. Once melted, add the meatballs, leaving space in between them.
Sear on both sides, then reduce the heat to low and fry for approximately 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and browned.
