• 350g premium beef mince

• 1 small brown onion, finely diced

• 1 carrot, peeled and grated

• 1 egg, lightly beaten

• 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped coarsely

• 2 tsp Gewürzhaus Sausage Roll Spice
  

• ¼ cup bread crumbs

• Gewürzhaus Sale dell’Italia, to taste
  

• Gewürzhaus Australian Black Pepper, to taste
  

• 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed

• 1 tbsp milk

• Additional Sale dell Italia to sprinkle onto pastry
  

• Gewürzhaus Sesame Seeds Golden, optional
