The Riess Classic Casserole Pot suits sauces, searing and braising alike. Its iron core heats quickly and holds warmth, so it moves easily from stovetop to oven. Crafted in Austria since 1922, the enamel finish is non-porous, scratch-resistant, and nickel-free.

Since 1922, Riess has specialised in manufacturing the highest quality enamelware in Austria. Riess is odour neutral, nickel-free, and suitable for all cooking surfaces including induction.
