This Falcon Enamelware baking set is a must-have for any baker and the ideal starter kit for setting up a new kitchen or updating existing basics. With various sizes, you will be sure to find the perfect fit for any pie or tray bake. The set nests, so it stores away neatly in drawers or on shelves.

  • 3 x baking pans, sizes 31cm, 34cm and 37cm
  • 2 x oblong pie dishes, size 20cm

Materials: Porcelain enamel fused onto heavy-gauge steel

Made from porcelain enamel fused onto heavy-gauge steel.

  • Oven safe to 270°C
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Soak in warm soapy water to help remove baked on food, but avoid abrasive sponges or brushes as these may scratch the surface
  • Lemon juice can remove stains from Falcon enamelware
  • Coat your pans in a light layer of oil before cooking to help with cleaning afterwards
  • Chipped enamelware is still safe to use. Just like any other ceramic, the outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath. The steel then naturally oxidises and the piece remains safe to use, with a little more character
